Mark resigns as NZ cultural attache, farewelling all of his department.  He isgiven a letter of introduction to the Scandinavian attache.

He has a better offer, being Oz cultural attache, responsible for immigration and naturalisation ceremonies.  Meets on the hill with Scandinavian attache to discuss strategy.

He takes on the job of naturalising Steve Blow, well known pom and welcomes him with a true Oz barbeque.  Ray and Sven officiating.

Mark sees the merit in the ceremony and decides to complete the final metamorphis to become an Australian.
